Horrible experience at this place. The food was good, but the service was awful. Ended up waiting for over an hour between courses. No problem at first as the kitchen was obviously swamped, but then we asked nicely for our check and to cancel the remaining course if it had not been prepared yet. No big problem right? Half an hour later, the waiter returns with the check and insists that unfortunately the second course was prepared so they would have to box it up to go and we would have to pay for it. So they charged the credit card and then it was another half an hour of waiting. Finally had enough and asked for our money back only to be told that the dish was arriving shortly. 15 minutes later the waiting apologizes and says it “really is coming.” It never came and we walked. Just refund the money and be honest with people without disrespecting their time! Won’t...

Comida: vem bastante quantidade, serve muito bem, mas achei que seria mais bem temperado, sabor padrão, não senti nenhuma diferença com outros restaurantes, esperava bem mais.

Serviço: péssimo, garçom só fez o pedido e sumiu por mais de uma hora, ainda esqueceu de levar um refrigerante e ficamos esperando ele voltar para lembrar, mas ele nunca apareceu, tive que ir atrás de outro garçom para fazer um novo pedido. No fim demorou 50 minutos para levar um refrigerante que pedimos assim que chegamos. Cada vez que queríamos algo a mais tinha que levantar da mesa e procurar alguém, pois ninguém ia na mesa ou olhava se os clientes estavam querendo algo a mais. Comida demorou um pouco mais de uma hora para ficar pronta, pedimos dois pratos. Trouxeram primeiro um prato e dps de uns 10/15 minutos, quando meus pais já tinham praticamente terminado a comida deles, chegou o meu.

Fiquei bem decepcionada com o restaurante, sempre ouvi falar bem, estava com muita expectativa por ser a primeira vez e achei dinheiro mal gasto, existe restaurantes que você gasta bem menos e sai mais satisfeito, tanto pela comida como pelo...
