As a basic restaurant this one is pretty good. Not cheap though - but what is cheap on Ilha do Mel? If you want to relax and have a cold beer while looking at the sea, this is the place. In terms of the B&B part, this place is pretty spartan. Small room but clean and most importantly - with air conditioning. So if you are looking for a place to sleep, this one will do just fine. If you are on the other hand looking for luxury, romantic surroundings or anything like that, keep on looking. I visit the island regularly and this is my place for a cool, cold and chilling...

Nunca mais volto neste restaurante. É muito ruim pro turismo existir um restaurante assim: não é apenas pela comida mal feita (batatas gordurosas e molengas, no óleo rançoso... não é apenas pelas porções serem minúsculas e o preço estratosférico (tem lugares com comida muito melhor e mais barata na ilha, onde comemos depois)... mas principalmente pela péssima técnica de INCLUIR NA COMANDA DOS CLIENTES UM MONTE DE COISAS QUE ELES NAO PEDIRAM E NEM FOI ENTREGUE NA MESA: INCLUIRAM BEBIDAS, PRATOS QUE NEM DE LONGE EU E MINHA NOIVA PEDIMOS. Se eu tivesse simplesmente pedido o valor da conta e pago nem saberia. Por sorte fui até o caixa e revisei item a item, e descobri que METADE da conta ERA DE ITENS QUE NEM PEDIMOS E NEM FORAM ENTREGUES. Pedimos apenas tres itens (duas cervejas, uma porção de fritas e uma porção de frango a passarinho)... mas lá tinha coca cola, outros pratos e tudo mais incluso na nossa conta, e nao foi erro nao... só tinha a gente naquele horário no restaurante.... atendimento lixo... e ainda tive que pagar quase cem reais, numa conta que em qualquer outro restaurante da ilha nao daria nem 50. Passe longe desse restaurante (ele fica logo depois do trapiche da Encantadas.... quer um conselho, entre na ilha, tem ótimos restaurantes mais pra dentro, e principalmente na Nova Brasília, onde ficamos hospedados, os melhores restaurantes (em preço e qualidade) ficam lá.. . em encantadas, cuidado com este Restaurante Ilha do...
