Churrascaria Gobbi — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Passo Fundo

Well, it is definitely off the beaten track, but should you ever be in the city do not miss it. I gave 5 stars for atmosphere, which doesn’t mean it’s a posh place. But the atmosphere is brilliant for what it is! A very simple churrascaria that probably hasn’t been refurbished since it opened over 50 years ago and it’s good that it hasn’t. It would loose its charm. We were sitting next to some guys from the military police and some locals in work clothes. Get a Caipirinha while waiting for a seat, otherwise get one while you are eating anyway! 😉 Simple food but really tasty. During the week they serve beef ribs, sausages, chicken heart and some more unknown cuts of beef (alcatra, maminha, etc.). Apparently on weekends there is a bit more meat choice. Side dishes are brought to the table and were plenty (empty dishes usually get replaced). Staff was and still is all around very friendly and attentive. Comi uma vez para nunca mais. Fui mal atendido pelos proprietários, não aceita cartão de crédito e nem débito, somente dinheiro ou Pix, porém, não tem nenhuma placa informando isso, só te avisam na hora de pagar.
