Food and service wise this would be rather strong 4.5 stars.

However... We got wine and I was wondering why it's colder than usual when I tasted it. Then our glasses were poured and I realised the bottle came from (normal) fridge directly.

So I asked them at which temperature they keep the bottles and I got a response 22 😳 (I don't speak Portuguese but this much I know). Beyond belief... I told them it's 24 outside, does this bottle feel 2 degrees below the current temperature... Eventually, I'm not sure what all the "explanation" was in Portuguese, and it doesn't matter. I kept the bottle (oh that "no waste" upbringing...).

Fridge wines don't cost fortune. And I believe prices in this place justify having one.

Food was good, and I would go again there. Staff were well mannered. Wine experience...

Visiting from New Orleans, a local mentioned this as a restaurant recommendation. Shrimp Moqueca, perfecto. Really flavorful dish. ( I’d had a hint of spice) sat on the patio with a nice view. It was a Thursday night, I was the only person there. Service was nothing to brag about. The waitress just seem there. I also have the dessert creme de cupuacu, ate a few scoops. I wasn't that impressed. The view is nice and the food risottos tasted good but lacked freshening up with some olive oil, chllli, fresh cherry tomatoes, etc. and I wasn't too sold on the starters.
