I expected more from this restaurant, the octopus point was rubbery. Surely the chef wasn't in the kitchen because he wouldn't let a dish like that come out. And I've never seen it served cold wine in my life, and when I complained to the waiter he said it was my fault because I brought it to taste the wine before; but there's no way to guess the temperature of the wine with smell. It didn't give the slightest importance to bring a glass with room temperature. And the extremely cold air conditioning makes the food cold in 2 minutes. Maybe you should close and open an ice cream parlor if you like...

A true 5 star restaurant. If you plan on going on a weekend for dinner, reserve in advance as the restaurant does get busy and has a line. While the restaurant is expensive, for the quality of food, it's actually reasonably priced compared to similar restaurant in Salavador, Rio or São Paulo. Nossa experiência foi indescritível. Ambiente sofisticado, atendimento excepcional, comida deliciosa, dá sentir o carinho e cuidado de toda a equipe. O jantar foi impecável do começo ao fim, o chef Vini foi até a mesa conversar conosco, extremamente simpático e a gerente estava sempre passando pelas mesas para conferir se estava tudo bem.

Principais Recomendações:

O drink sem álcool "Malibu" que tem sorvete de côco verde é bem diferente e refrescante. O couvert da casa é muito gostoso, vale a pena pra abrir o apetite. Não deixe de experimentar o "Mix de Entradas" que vem 4 das melhores entradas do restaurante: carpaccio, dadinho de tapioca, coxinha de moqueca e camarão empanado na tapioca. Todos são incríveis! O carré de cordeiro com aligot é a perfeição!

Obs: No dia que fizemos a visita eles estavam testando uma sobremesa nova no menu que se chama "Black Verrine". Se tiver chance peça, pois é surreal a mistura de sabores e texturas!
