Parrilla Steak House — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Teresina

Polite service and attendance. 🍷👩‍🍳 We ordered the meat mal passado but it arrived dry. We sent it back and it came very rare. We were surprised because they call themselves “steak house“ and it is important to serve meat mal passado when the guest wishes.

The requested order of substituted side dish (vegetables instead of salad) was lost somewhere between us, the waiter and the kitchen. The meat was overly salty and it made us very thirsty.

When arriving at the restaurant a guy in a white BMW told us we weren’t allowed to park in the back of the restaurant (where the sign was pointing to park) but had to park our big car on the fast and busy street in front of the restaurant. What is the parking sign for if one can’t park there?

The service inside the restaurant was great and for the rather high price the steak (in a steak house) should be...

Vou nesse restaurante desde seus primórdios aqui em nossa capital, sempre comprando seus pratos a aproveitando as promoções em compras coletivas que disponibilizavam. Muito tempo passou e tenho ótimas lembranças em família neste estabelecimento, vi ele crescer em qualidade dos alimentos, de estrutura, segurança e até área para crianças. O mais impressionante de tudo é que por mais que tudo nele melhore o preço ainda continua sempre na mesma faixa justa. Parabéns aos responsáveis pelo Parrilla Steak House, em minha opinião, um dos top 5 restaurantes...

Bem no início era ótimo, mas com tempo foi perdendo a qualidade, hj eu não piso nem de graça. Vc chega com fome e tem que esperar um bom tempo o garçom, depois tem que ir chamar. O misto de churrasco veio horrível ( era ótimo), e pra fechar dentro do pastel veio um saco plástico . Falta de respeito... O que adianta ter uma boa estrutura, se a prestação de serviço não...
