This is buffet style sushi with some cooked dishes. I wanted to try it and see how it compares to the buffet style sushi I have eaten in the U.S. and how it compared to the buffet style sushi in the mall in Joao Pessoa. First, I agree with the other poster about the cheese. There is a surprising amount of cheese in this sushi. Many of the rolls include cheese, which might be a Brazilian thing, since the place in the Joao Pessoa mall also had cheese in their rolls, though not as many as Tay San. Compared to the U.S., where you might have one or two variation on Philadelphia Roll but no cheese in the rest, I felt that the amount of selections with cheese was too much. Second, this is buffet sushi, and is not as good as sushi prepared to order. It is...OK - maybe a little lower in quality than the sushi restaurants I know of in the U.S. The cooked items are OK as well - they tend to be on the oily (or cheesy) side. Primeiro que você chega e já te perguntam qual rodízio você vai entrar. Não te deixam nem sentar. Não te explicam o que engloba o rodízio, só falam o acréscimo do completo. Se for o completo (que não é completo) colocam uma pulseira em você e o custo é um pouco mais alto. Sushis e variados do buffer não estavam frescos, borrachudos e muita coisa igual. Nada de diferente. Peguei o rodízio completo achando que teria yakisoba, ceviche, missoshiro, mas não tem. Mesmo você pegando o rodízio completo, essas opções só existem na opção a lá cart. Nunca vi um rodízio completo você ainda ter que pagar pra ter outras opções básicas como um yakisoba por exemplo. Ao menos tivessem um cardápio mostrando as opções do rodízio já que NÃO é completo. O meu temaki eu nem consegui comer. Pedi com arroz, salmão massaricado e cebolinha e colocaram o arroz e o salmão dentro, apenas. Fui hoje no domingo, tinham poucos garçons.
