This is a sad example of becoming too popular and forgetting the most important part of customer service. Unfortunately I had to move my rating for this restaurant which I had once enjoyed immensely. On my wife and I is 18th anniversary we went to the restaurant in order to enjoy a fabulous meal which we had experienced before in the past. In this occasion the chef, I want to stress the chef himself refused to place a slice of Gorgonzola cheese on my ribeye steak. Not only that, the chef had insisted on serving the ribeye steak already sliced. That is simply unheard of. There is no way to verify that you're getting a true ribeye steak if it comes pre-sliced. At this point I asked the manager, who tried his best to prevent the further dissatisfaction of my experience from slipping even further, for my bill. He did not want to charge me for the 3 beers we had already consumed byt I paid anyways and cancelled our food order. I will not plan to return. I am happy to report that due to the chefs bad taste in customer service, we discovered an amazing place called Paty Bistro. From start to finish Paty's was an amazing experience! O restaurante proporciona uma experiência agradável demais. O serviço é rápido e cortês. Na verdade, até me assustei com a rapidez. Após fazer o pedido completo, em menos de 10 minutos todas as bebidas estavam na mesa (suco, água e coquetel); em menos de 30 minutos, todos os pratos quentes e frios estavam sendo servidos. A comida é deliciosa e servida em quantidade satisfatória. Os garçons são gentis e prestativos. Um lugar para ir com a família, pois tem um espaço para crianças...

Eu fui em um sábado, fiz um pedido grande e queriam que a gente sentasse em uma mesa minúscula, mesmo com várias mesas disponíveis, claramente os pratos não iriam caber nas mesas, e tivemos que pedir várias vezes pra trocar
