This place was amazing. The highlight for me was definitely the food. The owner recommended the cured salmon entrée, and it was absolutely delicious. We also tried their moqueca, which was hands down the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve been to Bahia!). The caipirinhas were fresh and full of flavor, unlike any I’ve had before. Everything was a solid 10/10. On top of that, the restaurant offers stunning views of the ocean, and they played traditional Brazilian music, which really added to the atmosphere.

The best part? It’s a family-owned business. We had the chance to chat with the owner, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. It really made the experience that much better. I highly recommend this place!

This place has possibly the best view in the beautiful island of Ilhabela, and the family who own this place are amazing! They were some of the warmest, friendliest and kindest people that we have met anywhere, and their food was delicious and fresh. We shared two appetizers: a Swedish inspired white fish served with potatoes and a flavorful mustard and berry sauce, and a tropical mango and white fish ceviche. I’m 1/2 Peruvian, and it was the best and most fresh ceviche I’ve had in Brazil! It’s a beautiful place to eat anytime, but especially wonderful at sunset. The majestic ocean views alone are worth the visit, but the food and service make it unforgettable. The caipirinhas were perfectly balanced and refreshing. The ceviche with mango was a standout, with a delightful mix of tartness and sweetness that felt like a tropical escape. Another favorite was the "Caiçara", a grouper fish steamed in leaves with a unique combination of delicate flavors with bold fishiness, complemented by the bananas' sweetness.
