Cozy space, delicious food and friendly staff! Their tapioca was delicious, and I also really loved their acerola juice. The owner speaks English so it’s also a great spot for international tourists who might not feel too comfortable speaking Portuguese yet. There were also beautiful art painted on the walls, books on every table, and instruments inside for people to play. Cheguei animado, mas saí estressado! Pedi frango e, pra minha surpresa, veio miniatura – parecia mais um pedaço fino e mal aparado. Enquanto isso, os amigos, que pediram bife, receberam porções generosas, com tamanhos que davam até gosto de ver.

A diferença? Só R$ 4 a mais no bife, mas a discrepância era absurda! Essa situação me lembrou, de forma inusitada, como nas análises de processos mecânicos (Machado, Duduch e Silva, 2018), onde a comparação entre variáveis revela falhas inesperadas. Da mesma forma que Bhattacharyya (2011) destaca a importância do dimensionamento correto para a eficiência dos sistemas, aqui o contraste entre o frango miúdo e o bife robusto evidencia uma clara inconsistência no preparo e na distribuição das porções.

Para fechar, a situação me deixou com a sensação de que pagar uma diferença mínima não compensa um serviço desigual. Se continuar assim, não pretendo voltar.
