Our recent dining experience at this establishment was marked by several disappointments.

Initially, our order was not registered, and only beverages were served. When we inquired about our food, the preparation time was excessive, despite the restaurant being relatively empty.

Upon receiving our skewers, we found them to be of inadequate size for the price charged, which was comparable to larger establishments. The “Misto” skewer, which featured meat and sausage, exhibited lightly charred sausages and tough meat. Fortunately, it appeared to have been cooked without reheating, but the staff failed to inquire about our preferred level of doneness. In contrast, the chicken skewer was succulent and well-seasoned.

The ambiance of the restaurant was also problematic. Instead of a comprehensive sound system throughout the space, a single, oversized sound system under the television emitted excessively loud music from an employee’s personal device. This likely lacked a commercial license, as it was accompanied by numerous advertisements.

Furthermore, smoking was permitted in front of the restaurant under the awning, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere, particularly for younger patrons.

While the staff exhibited generally courteous behavior, Lucas, who was assigned to our table, displayed a lack of politeness.
