All you can eat, but not a lot of options and everything is basic “germanish” grub, like sausages and eisben, but some of the options are quite bizarre, such as mashed potatoes with the brazillian version of cheddar cheese, and there are little to none vegetarian options, even the salads have bacon! Fui ontem ao Octoberfest 2018, pedi um espetinho (15 reais), mas o funcionário do caixa me deu 2 papéis, um acabei jogando fora e fui na fila da retirada do meu pedido( Questão d 2min) fui atendido, não quiseram me entregar o meu pedido devido nao estar com as 2 papéis, somente 1. o funcionário do caixa chamou o encarregado e confirmou que eu tinha acabado de comprar e não tinha retirado o pedido. O encarregado com maior ignorância que não iria dar meu pedido, sendo que no papel que eu estava constava que fazia 2 minutos que eu tinha pago, e ainda falou "Que não iria perder um espetinho por falta de atenção minha. Eu fui no lixo procurar e achei o papel no meio do October. E e peguei meu pedido o encarregado nao tev3 coragem de pedir desculpas, simplesmente virou as costas. Mal educado, péssimo atendimento, não tem estrutura pra para atender clientes de qualidade... Várias pessoas ficaram indignadas com o atendimento e pela situação que ele me fez passar (Revirar lixo). Vou todo ano pro October com 10 pessoas, perdeu clientes!!! E nunca vou...
