The place is beautiful, and I believe it might be worthy for some visitors, but as my first experience, I didn't enjoy much how the table service was handled. One waiter approached to attend me, and once I hold an international credit card, I asked to firstly try a payment of a simple caipirinha, just to ensure I'd enjoy my night, not worrying about limited orders to pay for my expenses. He came once, the card didin't go through, and I asked to try once again, he left and a sent another waiter.... minutes later the next guy comes with the TPA machine, my card goes through and when I saw the amount charged (it showed a bit higher than the drink price I've asked for), I gently questioned if he charged a different item from the menu instead of the one they brought me. And he simply said my table was closed, when I never asked them to close, because I was waiting for my friends to arrive (also because I was there for barely 10min at the restaurant). Well, politely he explained the 10% service fee was charged, that's why the price was higher.
At that moment, I thank him and wait for my friends to arrive so we could head out some place else.

The table was dirty, and the waiter indicated that he would clean it up, but he didn't. The menu was left on top of the dirty table, while for other customers of the same bus tour, the table was cleaned up and the waiter explained the menu. After placing our order, we waited about 40 minutes, and no food. I complained with the tour guide, which right way went to talk to the manager. The manager quickly indicated he was sorry and the food was going to be served right way. Well another 15-20 minutes later, we were served with half of the order. The bus tour guide told us she would hold the bus until we finished. A few minutes later the other half showed up. While the other bus tour customers were ready to leave, we were starting to eat. Any way, when we got the bill, it indicated that our order was placed about 40 minutes after we ordered. I believe the waiter forgot to put the order in, and only later after we complained with the manager, it placed the order. How does this restaurant manage to maintain itself having waiters who don't know the menu or simply don't know what Gluten-free is? my husband and I went in and after realizing there was no Gluten-free menu, we asked the waiters. no one knew what gluten-free was!!!! THIS IS ABSURD. The worst was yet to come, as I am from the Northeast and my husband is American, we managed to find gluten-free food on the menu. OK! we finished dinner, I asked for the bill and "by accident" they put meals that I hadn't made. ok fixed the error!
