this experience at this place has by far been the WORST SERVICE I’ve ever experienced. My husband and i ordered food using an English menu list. We waited for a long time before I had to signal a waiter (a young man) to take our paper with our orders marked on it. In hindsight, maybe this would have been a warning sign already.
We initially received one water bottle when I clearly wrote two on the order. And then… we waited for 45 minutes and there was still no sign of our order. And no one came to check??? I was staring at the waiters and waitresses at the 30min mark, but no one even bothered to come by. We noticed a few people coming and leaving after being notified something about the kitchen.
Then my husband went to ask the staff and they told us we only ordered water. This is impossible:
How can they miss ALL of the other food items we ordered but just managed to see the drinks on the same piece of paper?! If there are some items are not available to order, why did NO ONE notify us after we placed our order??! 45 MINUTES. We waited for 45 minutes until we had to ask ourselves about our order because no one bothered to ask why we were sitting there with our drinks for so long. Super slow service.
And after all of that, in order to placate us, they said our drinks were for free (two bottles of 300ml of water). Wow, what a big consolation that was.
I have never even been so angry and upset at an experience and i consider myself a calm person. Ruined my whole day.
Visit was on 3rd March 2025 at around 3pm. First and LAST visit. Will definitely not recommend this...
Read moreWent here for breakfast with my husband and I loved it! We were very grateful that they had English menus. The only downside and reason why I did not give a 5 star review is because the portions we're quite small my husband did need to order more food. We both ordered 2 dishes each to start which was just enough to fill me up but not my husband. I had the parfait of the garden and Greek eggs. The parfait was delicious. Best I've ever had. Not overly sweet with just enough crunch. The Greek eggs were so good too. The dish reminded me of shakshuka with a Greek twist. It doesn't come with any bread to absorb the delicious sauce and egg yoke so make sure you order some with it. Their sourdough was very good. My husband tried the eggs Benny and Nutella tapioca. The Benny was very tasty. The tapioca was good as well. He liked my Greek eggs so much that he ordered one for himself after because he was not full. Overall I highly recommend. It is a busy place but well worth waiting...
O atendimento, no entanto, compensou plenamente a espera.
No quesito gastronômico, o restaurante apresenta altos e baixos.
