Mana Poke: Restaurante, Comida Havaiana, Delivery em Taubaté SP — Restaurant in Região Imediata de Taubaté-Pindamonhangaba

Service is terrible. Food is delicious.

There’s no table service and the food takes over 45 minutes to arrive. You have to take your own drinks and line up again to pay for them. You also need to clean your own table, so if people leave their food behind you need to clear it. No one is cleaning tables so there’s a pile up of plates.

We ordered additional egg to two of our bowls, we’re charged for it and when we collected our own food and brought it back to the table. We noticed that the additional things we ordered weren’t in the bowl. So we had to bring it back to the counter and wait in line again!

They need two kitchens, one for eating in and the other for delivery orders. More staff would be helpful for improving the experience.

Frequentamos locais como Mana Poke para viver toda experiência, experiência culinária, de ambiente e de acolhimento. No entanto, a sensação que tive foi a de receber a informação de que comeria num pote de viagem antes do "boa noite". Com empresária que convive com clientes dos mais variados gostos e situações vou deixar aqui duas sugestões para o proprietário:

1. pode conter um placa na entrada com a frase: "após às 22h você escolhe comer no pote de viagem ou lavar a porcelana na qual jantou. Ficará engraçado e os funcionários não precisarão ficar após às 23h lavando os pratos.
2. Estipule de uma vez os pratos de plástico para comer, assim os funcionários não precisarão informar ao cliente que ele chegou em horário desagradável para jantar.

Na mesma noite seguimos até o Poke da praça da Santa Teresinha, que também fecha às 23 h, chegamos às 22h55 e fomos muito bem atendidos, inclusive servidos em travessas de Poke e não...
