Not a fancy atmosphere but very cozy and family oriented. Service was extremely friendly and efficient. Pacheco made us feel at home. We arrived 5 minutes before closing and still got serviced for over one hour with happy faces and above and beyond attitude. Food was amazing. So many wonderful pastas with various sauces, galeto (roasted chicken), ribs, etc. and never ending refills of food. Although there were not many options for those with food allergies, we did get gluten free pasta and salad. The final touch was the dental floss and mouth wash available in the bathrooms. I've been to this place several times. The staff is very welcoming and the food is really good. However, as they mostly serve pasta and chicken, directly to your table, with very little variations in flavor, the experience is always exactly the same. Not that this is a bad thing, but it gets boring after...

Deixando avisado que não comi no local, não tive a coragem de comer depois do péssimo atendimento que tive antes de ir ao local. Relato: Perguntei pela rede social de minha companheira, se teria alguma refeição sem glúten que eu poderia comer no cardápio, pensando em comemorar nesse local os dias dos namorados, pois soube por familiares que lá tinha algumas opções sem glúten em seu cardápio. A resposta que eu tive foi de total desserviço com a própria empresa e para qualquer pessoa que tem alguma dieta restritiva. Pela resposta que me deram, claramente fizeram o mínimo de esforço para saber oque era o glúten ou um alimento sem glúten e as opções que teria em seu próprio cardápio. Já passei por muita coisa pela minha restrição alimentar, mas essa má vontade de se inteirar e dar uma resposta descente a um cliente... é para poucos. NÃO RECOMENDO PARA PESSOAS QUE TENHAM ALGUM AMIGO OU FAMILIARES QUE FAZEM...
