Terrible terrible place! I came here unplanned because I wanted to try something new. It was a spontaneous decision.

I was seated and from the moment I opened the door, I did not feel welcome at all. Brushed that aside and proceeded to order. I ordered lamb at first, they didn’t have it. Chose a second option which is beef. They too did not have. Final option was chicken, they too did not have it. I had to resort to ask what they instead.

Ordered Laksa and kopi o for myself. My god, it was literally the worst coffee I have had. From the intial impressions, it looked pale. It was tasteless and was more like an infused water with some coffee. Complained bluntly about how terrible it was and they argued with me. Remade the drink, still terrible and at that point I gave up and chose to endure it.

Years later, I try to talked my father out of going there. He insisted and he was buying. Bad experience again! Almost half the menu wasn’t available. I will never...

Honestly, new restaurants make mistakes all the time. But a sorry doesn’t cut it anymore!

So when I receive an order that (even in the receipt) defines the number of chicken wing pieces I should get, do you think a measly sorry and (blank) commitment to improve, means anything to people nowadays, knowing that customer service is critical?!

Your mistake doesn’t mean you can be ok with taking my money! And it doesn’t mean that I’m ok with that either!

If this is what amateur restaurants that have a facade of being “hip, family restaurants” are doing nowadays, shame on you for being one of them. Seriously, rethink how you want to treat customers after you’ve...

The gdg central shop looks going downhill compared to last I came here. There wasnt enough staff to entertain customers for lunch time as it took a long time for the food to be serve even though there was only 2 table taken by customers, one being myself. Next, i order roasted chicken, it wudnt be hard to tell me its not available within 15min time frame and not when they are about to serve my wife food and had to wait as I needed to order a different dish. Disappointing, lastly we ordered salted egg chicken, waited quite a while, and the person came and ask if its ok to serve fried chicken becos they are out of salted egg, worst is i paid the food...
