I'm surprised such large store doesn't have scales at the pos terminals. Unless you know you have to weigh your bulk produce in advance you will be for a nasty surprise at the checkout because the cashiers absolutely refuse to weigh your products. In addition of being unfriendly they scam your products so fast without regard that they are getting squished at the end of the checkout because you have to bag everything yourself and for large orders it's hard to keep up. Generally this store provides for quite unpleasant shopping experience. It gets 2 stars for the quasi-complete selection of products as it was missing basics like mini elbow macaroni, prepackaged sliced ham, and others. I wouldn't so grocery shopping at this store considering there are better ones in the area...

Amazing customer service received from Ivan Mendev - ok, there’s definitely scope for improvement when it comes to customer service and managing customer expectations - I was getting frustrated with the wait for someone to come help with lifting heavy; in the end I asked this guy busy restocking for help and not only did he help inside the store but also with loading the car - what a guy, all done with a smile - deserves...

It's a big grocery shop with everything in it including household items, flowers and even some discounted electronic devices. It has a big parking space, public toilets, ATM, E-pay branch and other useful little shops in it. Best part is cooked food section. Too many choices. They are dirt cheap and delicious.
