Update (February 2021): since Covid-19 hit, I've been ordering quite often from here. The food is very well packaged, actually double packaged, from this I can assume they're taking all the right health measures. When delivered, the food is always warm, and as delicious as if you've ordered directly in the restaurant. The great thing about their website is that a pop up notification will appear to inform you in advance if an item you ordered could stick to the package and arrive misshapen. In my case, this happens every time I order volcano sushi. Another important thing is that they charge extra for the delivery. It is around 3lv. per delivery. If however, you decide to get takeout, which they offer even now, you will get a 10% discount from your order. Right now February 2021, they have an offer, if you pay with Mastercard you'll save 2.99lv from your order. This only applies for orders that are 30+lv. Another great thing they implemented to decrease the spread of the virus is that if you pay online you can choose your order to be delivered without physical contact.
The place is very hip. It's also a great place for families with kids, as they have a play area, which is free BTW, where your young ones can have fun while you are waiting for your order or just want to catch up with some friend. The entire restaurant is accessible friendly, which is great. The menu has some great food options for everyone: vegetarians, and vegans included. Their sushi is also pretty good, and everything is fresh. I personally love their calmary with sweet-chilli sauce and the quinoa salad with fish. As for dessert, their chocolate lava cake is absolutely divine! The stuff is very friendly and...
Read moreI will not go over the quality of the food that much - it really is average at best. That is not the issue though with Happy. They have outgrown that already I think. They are beyond that at that stage. This is why, in my humble opinion, they have a obligation and a responsibility towards its customers and its probably safe to say towards everyone, in general. The status that the chain has and the reach it posseses go beyond advertising and just promoting... stuff. They have the ability to influence something much bigger - how people think towards the issues of modern times. I think it is unacceptable, when declining the paper thing that you eat on and has ads printed on it, to receive "no, we use it to keep the tables clean" as a response?! I am first - saving you money, and second - saving us unnecessary pollution. That's a very basic example of what I am trying to say. How many of those things you use in a day? In just one of the venues? I would roughly guess around 500? That can be 500 less paper waste polluting the environment. Straws? Ask the customer if he wants one. Paper napkins? Use linen. I can go on forever. Point is - after Greek week, maybe its time to have Earth week. Realize how big you've gotten, and realize you are very much guaranteed to make a change towards the better - if you...
Read moreI continue to like this place like every time but few things désappointes me this time, I hope it’s not the beginning of bad management there. We where 6 adults and once we canes to reserve in the morning, we couldn’t because they do not accept reservations anymore, the new system is go there and wait and you will receive a disk that will start to vibrate as hell 😃, so if you want to do like me, when they announce you that the waiting time is 45 min and you decide to go to billa supermarket forget about it, the disk started to vibrate in less than 10 min wish was appreciated except if you are in the supermarket 😂 They assigned us a table near the children play ground knowing we are all adults and once we clames a new table they give us a choice to stay or to go out and start the queue from the beginning, and here come the worst part, when we sat, there was a full part of chocolate cake down of the table that we didn’t expected and we got our shoes slipped and it was just horrible until they came to clean but guess what, our shoes where fully of chocolate no chance to walk or site normally. It was one of my favourite place, now I will definitely...
