Tho the food is good and there are vegetarian options, the service is not good at all, and there are plenty of bugs and issues with the totem, which can (and have) cause all sorts of delays. The restaurant itself is also not great, with a single working bathroom for the whole 2 story restaurant. One other negative is that the food does not come with napkins, and they are not available in the tables either. This will be your worst BK experience that you can ever have in BH. It's a pretty new store with some basic stuff missing. For the first time, they didn't have french fries. For the second time, they didn't have paper cups for soda - so, they started to lie to the customers saying that the soda was sold out even with a lot of plastic cups available. My sandwich came totally a mess - it was difficult eating. None of the toilets had paper towels and one of the sinks was clogged. All trash bins were full. In the meantime, they were sweeping a clean floor....

Pior franquia de BH! É esse BK da Av. Bias Fortes, hoje 06/02/19 ás 20h:54min fiz um pedido de combo Veggie, porém o meu pedido só foi entregue no balcão ás 21h:10 min. Ou seja, 16 minutos para um fast-food entregar um sanduíche para o cliente, questionei a moça qual o motivo da demora, e mal educadamente ela me respondeu que o veggie demora 07 minutos para ficar pronto, totalmente incoerente com o meu questionamento e o tempo de espera. Segundo ela as reclamações tem que ser reportadas para a moça do caixa? Hã?! Como assim? Quem tem competência para resolver é o gerente, que não estava presente, a atendente pegou um saco, enfiou meus pedidos deixando maionese e bebida (suco ) jogados no balcão de qualquer maneira. Só uma sugestão ao dono desta franquia: Treinem os seus funcionários da noite, para que eles tenham pelo menos educação para com o cliente, não somos bichos, pagamos lanche caro e é com o nosso dinheiro que sustenta toda essa atividade empresária, pelo amor de Deus! Nosso dinheiro não é capim, não vamos comer lavagem e não tem placa visível para o consumidor que tal lanche demore tantos minutos para ficar pronto, ok? Só justifiquem plausivelmente o atraso na entrega, mais respeito...
