We booked a trip from stung treng to Don Det there. We asked for the name of the transport company, but they told us it was not available.
The drive we booked through this place arrived 40 minutes late. Going through the laotian border, the driver threatened to leave us there. He dropped our bags off the bus. If I hadn’t paid attention, he would have left, leaving us stranded there. We paid a ticket to Don Det, and we had to pay for the boat from Nakasan to Don Det.
I took a picture of the driver as a proof but he tried to hit me.
I definitely advise you not to book through this place, but to be honnest i would rather have complained against the transport company than them acting-out as a travel agency.

We ordered curry which was more water than curry! And fried vegetarian rice (vegetable+ tofu + eggs ) which came without egg, without tofu, and poor vegetables!!! And when we told them they do like they do not listen with a "yes yes" and really do not care! I do not recommend this place! It is a place for foreigners, expensive, and most of all food is not good! Better to go in local restaurants normal dishes asking...

I had the Beef English Luk Lak (Luk Lak Anglais) and it was really big, and included a big portion of green beans and a fried egg as well as the usual beef, salad, chips (french fries). The lemon and pepper dip was great! It cost 20,000riel (USD 5)
