I was totally ignored since from the first day I booked a reservation, a friend recommended it to me since I was in Douala for a short vacation so I checked on instagram and I was directed to book by WhatsApp hence the reservation team is so weak in replying and giving accurate information, nevertheless I went there with my friend and the security kick us out that we had to go and book reservation first I tried to explain but …. I went home tried to reach the reservation team again but was still ignored… am totally disappointed and never will I recommend tho place to any you can check me on instagram from your reservation team to...

Horrible service. The hostess was extremely rude and condescending towards my wife. The lack of respect she showed her was completely unacceptable.

My wife had a reservation for 23:30, but upon arrival, she was told there was no reservation. While mistakes can happen, what truly upsets me was the way the hostess spoke to her. There are professional and courteous ways to handle potential miscommunications without displaying attitude or belittling a guest.

For an establishment of this caliber, I expect staff to be properly trained on how to treat guests, especially a lady with basic manners...
