One of the worst customer service experiences I face in my life with this store. Owner don’t know how to deal With customer. He is very rude. Yesterday we ordered goat curry. We called on store and their employee( girl)picked up our phone. We asked for sizes of goat curry. She was very confused. She started to ask us do you want create combo. We were not sure what she is asking. I simply again asked we just need goat curry for 2 people (you have one size or 2 options( regular and large bowls), which she didn’t get. She again said combo is just $1-2 differ. So i thought may b it is something different with this store as this was our first time to order on this store. I again asked 3 times to girl that if you are creating combo is it will be enough for 2 people. She said yes..once we reached owner mentioned that it is one thali that we got in order. My husband mentioned that we asked for 2 people. Owner then started to make excuse that we called u back to inform This, you didn’t pick. FYI- I didn’t receive any single call. When we were at store to pick our food, rather than feel sorry Owner said this is your fault that u didn’t pick our call now food(which is thali) is ready and take it. Then i told him We need got curry for 2 people. Our order was specifically for goat curry , not any combo thing. We ordered their another large goat curry. Rather than he asked us to pay difference of large got curry and thali. He charged us full Price for goat curry. When i asked why u r not charging us difference. He said this is not their fault. Also, when i told that girl misunderstood on call as I clearly asked her that we need food for 2 people. Owner mentioned that my employee and you both have fault. He said if My employee is not aware at least you should aware about that combo is representing to thali . Excuse me sir!!!!!! THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER FAULT. Train your employees first, they don’t know how to take order. Why customer take headache. You are not paying us. If owner is behaving this way, then I don’t think anyone want to get their food. I want to give zero star to this store. I will not recommend this place to any of my friends and relatives....

I visited this restaurant a few weeks ago and dined in and I can say, unequivocally, that this is the worst restaurant that I have ever dined at. My food was absolutely horrible. I ordered the chole bhaturay, they were presented very nicely but my chole (chickpeas) were refrigerator level cold. They had hot spots and extreme cold spots. So my dish was definitely not fresh, and they probably microwaved my chole. It was absolutely disgusting and watery. The person whom I dined with, also ordered the same thing and they also had the same experience. We informed the staff, they did not care. They brought us one bowl of microwaved chole to share amongst two people, both whom had bad quality food. This dish was definitely a 0/10.

We had ordered fish pakoray as well, very dry, but they were decent. Not the best but definitely not the worst; mediocre 5/10.

As far as service goes, it was as good as the chole bhaturay. We were seated at a dirty table that we had to ask to be cleaned. Our water glasses were dirty, and as mentioned above, they didn't care that we were unsatisfied with the food we had received.

I never like knocking down local businesses but I could not hold this one in. It was memorable but for all the wrong reasons. If I could give this place a 0/5 star rating, I would. Save your money and go to a different...

I went for lunch on Saturday afternoon and ordered spring rolls, veg Mancunian, noodles, Amritsari Kulche, tandoori roti, sarso saag, samosa, chilli paneer, salted and mango lassi.

Service was not good, it’s acceptable as being Saturday afternoon their was rush.

We almost finished our lunch but our chilli paneer was not ready and finally we had to cancel the item.

Now let’s review the items one by one:

Spring Roll: It was actually frozen item. We go to restaurant to eat fresh food not the frozen item bought from Walmart.

Veg Manchurian: The veg balls were not cooked properly. It was uncooked from inside. The chef had used lot of soya sauce. He should understand we ordered Veg manchurian and soya sauce.

Noodles: was ok will rate 2/5.

Samosa: Filling was good but outer layer was not good. Trying adding same salt in dough. I will rate it 2/5.

Amritsari Kulcha: The item was good but not awesome. Will rate 3/5.

Sarso ka saag: The item was average. I am comparing the same item with other Indian restaurants in Surrey. Will rate 3/5

Salted and Mango Lassi: Lot of ICE was added. Keep the item in Refrigerator to cool it, adding lot of ICE will make you happy but not the customer. I am paying for Lassi not for ICE.

Overall I was disappointed with my experience...
