November 6th 8:30 pm ordered onion rings with my meal. These staff obviously have no care in the world about customer food service.. onion rings.. not cheap! Looked like the picked them up by hand squished them all into a baseball shape and tossed into the bag. Who wants mashed onion rings! Provost Location: Clean store. Staff was nice. However 1 star service review because they are actively advertising 1 dollar coffee but are charging full price. I witnessed an elderly lady ask why she's paying full price when the sign in front of her says it's 1 dollar coffee. The staff stated that "our manager is told us we are not doing 1 dollar coffee"
