Subway — Restaurant in Alberta

I ordered a chicken chunky sandwich. It's dry.

Update: I have changed my review from 3 to 5 stars. The reason was because, we ate here again out of desperation (I didnt want to because of the last experience I had) but, desperation became obsession. I now loved it... SUBWAY! It was perfect! (Camrose area) Sandwich taste awesome! I realized it was my choice of sandwich that made the difference. I ordered a flat bread and had it stuffed with teriyaki chicken and bacon plus the veggies (except onions). The sauce, I would've asked for more.but It was enough for the sandwich mix... no spilling. It's the best bread considering its very healthy too and you know how it's made coz they make it in front of you.

Now for the ladies who make the bread? 3 stars. They can be more friendly. That's what make customers come back for more too. The friendly staff. Right? Treat the customers like they are special especially when they come from another country. Our country has the friendliest and courteous staff. We expect that here too. It's good to feel at home when you have dinner, y'know?

Just a suggestion to let your customers know your choco chip cookies package of 12 contains nuts in their ingredient. As customers (and also to avoid long lines) we would appreciate it if you could just make a sign that says " our cookies have some nuts on them that others may be allergic to". My husband is very allergic to nuts and we are just so lucky with the two cookies he had, he didn't get any reaction. Otherwise, we would've made that trip to the hospital instead of heading home. We only knew about the "nuts" when I had a cookie with white choco and somehow tasted a walnut. So, I got so worried. That's the only time we read the label/ingredient. Not totally blaming Subway but, was also our fault for worrying about long lines instead of reading the ingredients...

It's alright, just alright. I've heard of people complaining about staff and not getting orders done right or what have you. I don't think that needs to be a concern for most, it's mostly local high-school kids just trying to make some money. And if they are haphazard it's most likely because they are worried people are going to snap on them for being slow or management coming down on them. I've never had a problem with my order, it's always come out right. And have never had anyone be rude to me.

The reason I rate it the way I do, is if I can get something else, I would simply because it's subway, and there ain't...

Staff is kinda rude, worry more about rushing you out the door than making sure your order is satisfactory. Subs are made with absolutely no care to them. You get literally no cheese on your sub. Sometimes you might get lucky and get a normal amount of lettuce. Since the staff was in such a rush (wasn’t even busy in the store) my cucumbers were falling out of the packaging and into the wrap.
