A&W Canada — Restaurant in Alberta

I actually like this A&W a lot. I only took a star off because it's too crowded on the drive through side. There needs to be a better place to wait that is reserved for the drive through orders that are moved to park and wait.

Update: Well, I've been away from this area for a few years but it was nice to be back for a visit. The restaurant has been updated and looks nice. The food was good as always. The hallmark item of note is the lady on the drive-thru who has been at this location as long as I can remember. She is a top notch employee and drive-thru ninja. She is fast, accurate, and jovial. Never has she needed me to repeat my items and she emits such a joyful and fun energy that I find I usually come away with a chuckle or a smile. She's just got that world class drive-thru mojo. I am always stoked to find her still here and still keeping her game tight. Well done...

Marie the assistant manager does not deserve to be a manager she holds students in till 11 at night and gets mad at them for calling there parents to tell them not to come yet because they still have to work later. They close at 9 there should be no need for them to be there till 11 at night. If there is still things to do by a certain point at night the manager should take over and let the STUDENT go home. A&W treats there employees like slaves and give them no respect. Most of them are teenagers under 18 who are still in school they do not deserve to be treated this way. terrible place do not...

Absolutely abysmal. I wish 0 stars was an option. Waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru for 2 burgers, one order of onion rings and a whistle dog. Once we finally received our order it was inedible. The onion rings were literally orange with seasoning salt. The hot dog looked like it was cooked yesterday and the bun was burnt and stale. The burgers were DRENCHED in condiments, to the point where the lady packing our order reprimanded the cooks, but decided to serve them to us anyways.
