A & J Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Alberta

Based on the reviews I was excited to try the food… unfortunately I never got the chance to try the food because when I called to place the order the lady on the other end was incredibly rude and gave my family and I a hard time for what we ordered( would have been 3 dinner for one combos) then proceeded to mutter under her breath then hung up on us. We called back to ask if what we ordered was a inconvenience to them she said hold on and hung up…. Third time we decided to cancel our order, this time a man answered and we could hear her shouting in the background and when we told him we will cancel our order he responded by saying “Go ahead and cancel and see if I care.” I have never experienced such rudeness when I am trying to support someone’s business especially at this time. They have forever lost my business and I will be sure to tell people about this when I am asked about this...

My friend is from Germany and she has a QR CODE from the European Union, which cannot be scanned with the Alberta QR code App. It has been accepted everywhere and as per the government site it is accepted. The lady working the door was rude, babbling and freaking out at us as if we commited a crime. She was showing us a lack of professionalism and didn't want to have nothing to do with us. My girlfriend and I ordered Chinese food last night it is the worst Chinese food we have had from there the last time we ordered from their it was really good last night the chicken in the chicken fried rice was shredded it used to be cubed chicken and the stuff we had there was no flavor and was really dry and chicken chow mein was gross it had big strips of chicken and again no flavor need I go on it was all around disgusting for the price we paid as far as we are concerned a waste of 73.00 dollars we will never go...
