I intentionally chose food seasoned from mild to hot. The range of flavour is mind blowing. This was my first take away order and I will definitely be placing more in the future.
We had
Butter Chicken: super tender, creamy and tangy. I chose medium spice for this one and it's my new favorite.
Aloo Ghobie: cauliflower and potatoes veg dish. Ordered mild and it was a nice side perfectly seasoned.
Beef Vindaloo: heres the hot dish! The flavour was amazing but the hot is a little out if my range unless using some yogurt to accompany it. I ate the whole container myself, my family couldnt endure the hot.
Chana Masala: nice veg chickpea side ordered mild. This wasnt my favorite, I found the sauce a little watery and the peas undercooked but the flavour was still very enjoyable.
Samosa: nice bit sized and flavorful but they were not very crisp and a little greasy inside. It reminded me of cholle bhature from a restaurant I used to go to in BC. The potato mix is mashed not cubed, a different texture but still delicious.
Coconut rice: tasted like desert. Very enjoyable.
Fresh butter naan:always perfect for picking up every last drop of curry sauce after the meal.
Jas was kind and gave 2 gulabjumin for desert. Sweet and a perfect finish to a fine meal.
The food was amazing and I cant wait to...

A few weeks ago my wife brought home some Indian take-away after a trip to Red Deer. (We live in Hanna.) Shahi paneer, Chana masala, Butter chicken, Raita, veg samosas with tamarind sauce and green chutney, and Gulab jamun for dessert. Our entire family are foodies, trying new restaurants wherever we travel. East Indian cuisine is one of my wife's and my favourites and ๐ฌ๐๐บ๐บ๐ ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ does not disappoint. Indeed, it has become a stopping point when returning from Red Deer, like a few days ago when we tried new dishes: Palak paneer and Butter prawn amongst others.
A friend of mine in Toronto had been a former chef for Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and had opened a restaurant in Austria before opening one in Toronto. For years I frequented every couple of weeks or so and Yummy Indian cuisine is right up there! My wife and I are planning a date there, a 4hr roundtrip from Hanna...
ย ย ย Read moreItโs been a couple weeks since I visited but I still wanted to make a review. This was my grandma, mom, sister and Iโs first Indian food experience. We went out to celebrate Motherโs Day. Jaz was very patient describing dishes and telling us about the restaurant and the chef. We could tell how passionate the chef is for creating quality dishes just by listening to him talk. We ordered three different dishes with two different rice sides and also the highly recommended cauliflower to start. The portions are definitely meant to be shared. We werenโt super hungry so we had a ton of food to take home which I kept for myself. When I got home my husband and I ate it for dinner and oh my goodness. It was sooo good. I canโt remember exactly what we ordered now but everything was fantastic. The garlic naan was perfect. We had this chilli beef dish and some curries with lamb and one with fish that were just amazing with the rice. Youโve officially turned me into an...
