Canadian Pizza Unlimited & Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Alberta

Unfortunately, the new owners of this once awesome place has not been able to manage. This is the 4th time that we've ordered pizzas with them being RIDICULOUSLY late. Ordered 4 larges on their app. App said 20 mins. We went in after 40 mins and he hadn't even started them. Told us 10 minutes. We went back in 20 minutes and still had to stand there and wait. Have always gotten many apologies, but have yet to get food on time. Loved these pizzas, but will have to find something else.

Super disappointed. This is the second time I ordered. The first time they charged me $7 to deliver across the parking lot and this time they got my order wrong. I asked for Pepperoni and Pineapple and they gave me pepperoni and mushroom. After letting them know it was incorrect, they asked if they could just take off the mushrooms and put on pineapple. I ordered a pizza with half things on one side and half things on the other. It came with everything together, which doesn’t bother me much because it still was a good pizza however there were instructions. The “mozza sticks” were horrible.
