Coyote Moon Cantina & Espresso Bar — Restaurant in Alberta

You CANNOT miss this place if you're in Diamond Valley. What a wonderful locally owned restaurant! Coyote Moon is an institution in this town, and deserves all the love it gets. I had an eggs benedict during my most recent visit, and it was one of the best I've ever had. The sauce was perfect, the egg yolks were runny, and the side potatoes were super tasty. Usually I don't eat all the hash browns I'm served at restaurants but the portion size was just perfect and I practically licked the plate clean. Also! The fruit was fresh and in-season.

It's nice that you can sit inside or outside too, which I took advantage of during my visit because the weather was absolutely lovely. It's great that you can bring your dogs when you sit outside as well.

They've been sprucing up their shop for a while now with new paint and such, and it has really lightened up the whole place. Between the food, atmosphere, and excellent customer service I can guarantee that no matter what you come here for, be it food or drink (or both), you will leave...

Wanted a warm place to have some brunch with friends on this -36 day! We had passed Coyote Moon an hour earlier on our way through Turner Valley so we decided to hike back and try it out. They had a wood stove running and keeping the quite large building toasty. Very rustic inside and I mean that as a compliment. Wood floors, tables, chairs, I quite liked the atmosphere.

The food was excellent, the coffee was a lot better than expected, the staff both at the front counter and behind the kitchen (who came out to ask us how everything was) were extremely nice and on top of everything.

A great little place in the heart of Turner Valley. Been coming here for a few years now and they always spoil my kiddo.

I do like the beef dip…. But their sausages and eggs style breakfasts are pretty amazing also.
