So I have never left a review before but I had too because this extremely unorganized rude customer service was atrocious, me and my mom had just had some dinner and wanted something sweet. We had stopped in too get some milkshakes and it was our first time in so wanted to check it out we went inside was not greeted at all, we were looking at the massive board just interested in what else they had however when someone did address us it was too ask if we had ordered and paid yet, and said that we needed too pay first, we were very confused because we had just walked in so we continued too say we would like a pina colada and a strawberry milkshake then the girl who was asking did not check us out she called someone else too do it and then too top off the weird experience we waited longer than expected for two milkshakes and when we were given them she said sorry it’s not completely full and just continued too give it too us and on top of that I think why it was not full is because it had no fruit no pineapple or coconut had no flavour at all simply tasted like only vanilla ice cream too pay the amount we did, for not even big cups and it not being full I would really expect more flavour as we got into our car and tasted it in the car we were very disappointed the strawberry was fine but nothing special, I could look past the missing ingredients however they were not busy, we were the only customers ordering at that time, and the customer service was awful I will...
Read moreWe were in the village for a wedding and Daisy Mcbeans is pretty much the only place available for breakfast here- so safe to say they have a monopoly on the breakfast rush! It’s a bit if a weird little place- odd decor with lots of cheesy, strange signs for sale that don’t necessarily correlate with a hearty appetite (notably, right in front of our table was a sign saying “Love is like a fart, if you have to force it, it’s probably shit”… like, funny, but maybe not while we’re having food??) They also sell lots of sweet treats, candy and fudge and chocolates, and have a bunch of stuffed animals and similar souvenir type items. Breakfast menu is pretty standard- I was pretty hard pressed to find anything vegan though. There is nothing on the menu that is plant based and though you may get away with it more easily as a vegetarian, it was really hard here as a vegan. Though the server was trying to be accommodating and helpful, the nice service didn’t quite make up for the fact that basically all there was for vegans is plain toast with jam, or a sandwich with lettuce and tomato (no spreads). Food here is totally fine if you aren’t vegan though but it was a shame for me that this was the only place to eat and there were practically no...
Read moreNever got a chance to eat, waitress was amazing and tried to be helpful but the cooks anger took over and started to gossip with customers, one of whom took my sons table, the waitress had a lady swap tables outsides for us so my son was setting up my coffee and table n some old white Karen’s and farmers kept pushing my son away as we are young and should eat outside, well I clearly have health issues and watched as the cooks friends I assume friends as my son said they were chatting all got served we waited 30 min to have him get a few different tables clean them off go get the coffee and they take it, I waited in the truck most of it as I couldn’t stand, to find out they never even started preparing the food but served all the tables my son originally sat at. Then the cook got angry when we asked what the issue was and kept over talking the waitress who clearly thaught my son was in the right, so I asked for the money back to go to another place as I just need food with my medication at this point, to be argued with that no im healthy I’m 6’2 so I’m healthy, yet I look like a skeleton at 160lbs too. Thanks for litterally nothing pidgeon creek. Eat at the overpriced gas station and don’t bother...
