KFC — Restaurant in Alberta

We came around 8:30 pm. We ordered 2 mighty buckets for one, We didn't get our 2 individual gravies We ordered, weren't asked if we wanted dipping sauce so we had to ask for some. I got 2 piece fill up they didn't have enough brown meat so I got 1 piece of chicken and then popcorn chicken which is fine. Got the food home and I got a rib instead of a dark piece of meat. We also got a chicken bowl and got no corn in it and hardly any gravy. This isn't the first time they have messed up and it is getting tiring waiting over 15 mins. A person calls about the screw ups that have happened many times and all you get is an apology that the manager doesn't even mean and nothing gets done about it ever. Not good management skills and need to train...

Took about 10-15 mins before they took out order had to wait another 30 mins for our food 10 of which our food was already standing on the counter in a bag just waiting for it to be handed to us. The employee put our food in a bag and left it on the counter instead of handing it to us. When they finally brought us our food I told them it had been standing there for 10 mins and the employee apologized, added some cookies and we were go to go. During our long wait we saw how they threw a box of fries into another customers bag before handing it to the person in the drive thru, there was fries and popcorn chicken laying on the floor that they were walking around on. Altogether just very poor service and management. No team work...

Food was alright we did door dash for delivery and the order was missing some of the order I then talked to door dash he told me to talk to KFC I did that ..he said he dose not know and has not heard of door dash before. Lol then he told me to wait a min .he then came back on and then started to blame the door dash guy .for his stupidity 🙄. And not packing the order right saying they are responsible for the orders they take out will never order from this place again I have 6 kids I feed and when you can't get a simple 150 dollar meal right it puts me in a bind with my schedule of feeding my kids. and for the staff I delt with there tonight lol what a joke good job KFC. At least the door dash guy was good...
