KFC — Restaurant in Alberta

My son-in-law and my daughter was just on the phone to complain about getting wrong chicken. The KFC Peave River on-line orrder was at 5:21pm today and we picked it up before 7:30pm on our way back yo Fairview. They were asked it they were fark meat after our 1 hour drive, we found out they were nit dark meat. My son-in-law as eell as my daughter complained about the wrong chicken abd demanded they get the money back. The KFC employees are given them the round around avouding returning the money back done thtu credit card. To naje the long story short, they played dumb and didnt even bother to apologize for the mistake and actially want the customer to cancel and pissibly get the refubd It's more abnatter of cystomer service and attitude towards customers. This is actually the srcond time they made a mistake. Whatever was done, customers should get their money back, no explanation just refund yheoney. This is so upsetting and we will never patrionize KFC particularly Peace Rivet branch. Service and attitude really suvk. They don't even deserve a star. They changed their fries box into an open box. When leaving the KFC, we had hit a pothole which resulted in the open box fries spilling out onto the floor. My husband had went back to see if they’d be able to put new fries in the boxes they usually had put them in, it ended up in an argument between the cashier and the manager. The manager didn’t want to give a box to my husband for the fries he was PAYING for. He had tried explaining that he doesn’t want them to fall onto the floor like the last ones, especially since we’re going to be driving and don’t live in peace river. The cashier was nice enough to understand the situation and got the back to put them in a box. Another lady ordering beside my husband had said that she would like a bag or box for her fries as well due to hearing what had happened to us, the manager ended up giving my husband very rude looks before he turned to leave. Hi there well I’m pretty disgusted with this place I’ll never eat here again.this was a pretty racist environment when I came here I watched the employees help there friends that were the the same ethnic group help there friends over the white people that were standing here in the line I watched it happen a few times they kept doin this to white people i watched with my own eyes.I also watched them give there friends fresh fries and the white people like myself got these fries from last week I am absolutely disgusted the way I was treated as well as the other white customers shame on u .and also I did not see one white employee or native employee working here shame on u and ur nasty fries .I watched what u did and next time I’m goin to record your actions what u did today was just right disgusting shame on this place.
