I went in to McDonald's to grab a tea and a coffee I stood at the counter because I was paying with cash. After waiting for 5 minutes being totally ignored even though 3 workers looked right at me . I was in a hurry and because the staff did not want to deal with the customer. I decided to use the self service till at this point that they offer the customer. I was still paying cash so I had to go back to the cash to pay. When the manager draged her feet over 5 minutes after standing there again. I politely informed her how I thought it was very rude and not very convenient being ignored at McDonald's I'm at the customer service was really lacking. At which point she said " If you don't like it you're welcome to leave and not come back" I informed her that is exactly my intention and that her customer service was terrible.
When she brought my tea back to me it felt cold. I realized after that that was due to the thermal cups that they had. But at the time I commented my tea feels cold.
I repeated again that is terrible customer service. At this At this point she told me "get out and never come back again. That they don't need customers like me. " I took my tea and coffee and told her that I will be calling head office , I will be calling the owners and let them know the service they provide, and I will be putting a review about this tarable customer experience.

I'm very disappointed in how the staff were treating me, as I ordered ketchup and sweet and sour sauce for my fry's and nuggets, also confirming that they were in the bag at the window. Driving off I open my bag on the highway and find out there's no sauce. This is when I go wild and start screaming at my window and taking my anger out on the other vehicles passing me. Only Coaldale McDonalds is to blame for my immature reaction to an empty paper bag.
The drive through was also promoting monopoly stickers, after receiving non on my cup or nugget pack. This was another upsetting matter to me as I spent 13$ specifically for this excusive event. "FALSE EDVERTISING" I say to my self about 7 times with an anger in my tone.
Regretting the last 18 minutes of my time, I eat my sloppy, gross looking mcdouble, my dried plain nugget's and my cold sloppy fry's.

Read moreYou should not have to wait 20 minutes in the morning for drive through orders. The staff are mostly all very pleasant and work hard, but I truly believe they are chronically understaffed.
Watch yourself, management. I know you're the only McD in Coaldale, but I think a lot of your customers come from Lethbridge, and if we can get to work on time stopping in Lethbridge, we will opt to do that in a heartbeat. I always leave ten minutes early to alot time to pick up a coffee, and choose you guys over Tim Horton's.
Start by utilizing that first window during early morning hours, and appropriately staffing the cooks so they can keep up with demand. You'll keep seeing negative reviews like this unless you start adequately staffing for early mornings 6am rush, as well as other peak times.
