Pizza Hut - Olds — Restaurant in Alberta

Have had great service for the last several years however this past year I have had consistent issues and all of them seem to stem from one employee. I am unsure of the woman's name but from cutting pizza wrong thinking they are breadsticks and salting it to completely forgetting to give parts of an order to me it is always this employee that gives me the issue. Today alone my wife ordered dinner and was given all the food without the drinks after calling later to ask for the drinks I was argued with about my order when I had the order details in front of me and was offered little resolution. Finally I was offered a pizza to make up for the omission on the order after 20 minutes of arguing (an issue which the manager would have solved in 2 minutes which I know from past experience) the pizza requested panlishous as I prefer it that way. Told yes that is fine and I come to collect it and it is normal not as requested amd told is okay. Even the pizza given as a make up for the issue is wrong by this employee. I was unwilling to stay and argue further with the woman because of my experiences today. No customer should have to deal with parts of their order being omitted let alone the make up offer also being wrong thats just...

The short review: I think this is the best Pizza Hut in Alberta.

After being disappointed by so many Pizza Huts being stingy on toppings, I was craving pizza and the reviews from this restaurant attracted me. I ordered the usual: Pepperoni Lover's with double cheese and pepperoni. The man at the till explained that if I order this, the pizza wont cook properly. I was quite stunned because I ordered this at several Pizza Huts in Edmonton and I was never told that.

Instead, he said, "I will just add one extra topping of cheese and pepperoni and it'll be exactly what you're looking for." He was right - the pizza was amazing and he saved me some money too. As promised, I'm writing this review to convince anyone in the area to try this place. I will be returning to this Pizza Hut any time I travel on highway 2.

The only thing that was good out of my $70.00+ order was the soda. the pull apart bread had something on it that made it inedible. All you could taste is the was the clove or what ever it is... The pizza was dry and tasteless, and the wings had no sauce on them. My stuffed crust was stuffed with nothing, I mean all it was in it was air. Never in my life have I had pizza that I would not even feed my dog, but you guys did it. Went far and beyond to make sure the dinner was just that bad... I have ordered many times from the Pizza Hut in Airdrie and am always happy with it. The Olds location has messed up my orders before and I just have to stop...
