Came in today December 28th first thing, sidewalks are NOT salted. We slipped both times going in and coming out.
Second. My daughter cannot speak. She uses her phone and writes down her order. She waited TWENTY MINUTES in line patiently as we both understood its busy. She got to her turn in line and showed the lady her phone. The lady very rudely said "you're going to have to read that i cant" SHE CANNOT SPEAK. SHE IS NON VERBAL. She can hear and understand you but she cannot speak. Before she could turn to ask someone to read it they took the next person in line.
This subway is busy enough they should have more than just 2 employees working the line. Its busy every single time we come here. I was APPALLED at how my daughter was treated.
