Absolute amazing service. I, like all the other TikTok users that had their pages flooded with Swedish Candy, was on the hunt to try and find a place in Alberta/Edmonton that sold the Bubs candy that was so popular. I came across The Sour Moose via google and was SO EXCITED when I saw that they were only about an hour from me.

I searched for them on Instagram and sent a message their way asking if they carried the product. Within SECONDS I received a response back and had an order placed within a couple hours. The customer service is second to none and she can tell you exactly what candy tastes like what and what texture it has. She knows her candy! I have purchased multiple bags of candy from her and will not be stopping anytime soon. :)

I ordered online and had a payment issue (most likely my poor internet) but was emailed promptly about it and they very kindly asked if I wanted to try again on the website of pay through e-transfer :) Very patient and kind service. After my payment went through my order was packaged and ready for shipping literally in less than a day. It took less than a week to get to me in a different province.
