This is the first time that i had really bad experience in Tim Hortons what happened that at 10:55 am I ordered M steave tea , everything went well but when i asked for the sleave for my hot tea this cashier rajveer quote” do u need anything else in such a bad attitude and you can’t stay there not even to putt on the sleeve for my hot tea she was rushing me to move from the drive thru even tho there was no car behind and she complained about the time that they have to make order fast first off as a customer I don’t need to know Tim Hortons business and don’t blame on quick 30 sec task on tim hortons policy and sometimes drinks are cold n hot am i not able to get a sleeve sometimes people forget to ask sleeves on the speaker am i not allow to request a sleeves in the drive through Also I remember she is the same girl that been making sandwiches while scrolling her phone i asked the on duty cashier that could u pls ask her to change the gloves while making by order she was mad about it why? Because of lack of hygiene responsibilities???? Read moreI ordered went to the restroom, lovley my order is waiting for me. I notice I don’t have dressing for my wedges. I say excuse me and ask for dressing. I had to wait 5 minutes to get my dressing there was no line up only one person at the till two had just ordered and no one in the drive through. Only one lovley and industrious I assume Philipino lady fulfilling the remaining order who called for the dressing I wanted. Nothing, the remaining three staff just stood there watching me for the remaining five minutes, one drive through staffer leaning on the counter with one arm occasionally looked over her shoulder at me , until finally I got the dressing I wanted rolled over the table at me I had to catch it to keep it from rolling to the floor. Read moreI ordered a large iced coffee and I asked for less ice because they tend to fill the cup with ice all the way to the top, so when that melts it would literally be half water half coffee. Anyways, i got to the window and the employee handed me my drink and literally there was about a two inch gap between the level of the coffee and the top of the cup. In all the years I’ve bought iced coffee i have never experienced this before, and I have order a coffee like this before and this was the first time this happened. And I felt so robbed. Just because I asked for less ice you have to reduce the amount of coffee you put in the cup? McDonald’s would never do that.
