This brand new outlet of Dairy Queen features a comfortable, high quality fast food experience. A number of tables have outlets with USB charging ports, and the seating is comfortable. The menu offers a wide variety of options, from a complete, satisfying meal including dessert at $6, to premium combos at over $10. I usually find the service to be reasonably fast and friendly. I personally prefer the self serve beverage dispenser, as this means I don't need to ask a staff member for a free refill, but can simply get it myself. I've always found the washrooms to be clean, which makes me feel more comfortable when there. My only real gripe would have to be parking. The lot is a little small, and when busy it can be hard to get a spot. What you expect for a dairy queen. Very clean tables and floors, staff are friendly. Ice cream tastes good. Sometimes you have to wait over 8 minutes for a simple order but other than that it's a good dq.Had one bad experience when they gave me the wrong 3 burgers (ordered normal cheese burgers and instead got spicy burgers) and unfortunately didn't notice till I got home( live 15 minutes from town)and when called them to tell them about it they tried to make it sound like I was at fault because of how I ordered the 3 burgers. They said they would replace the burgers if we brought them back but it didn't make sense to drive back 15 minutes and so they offered 1 free small sundae next time we came in, even though the 3 burgers cost over 30 bucks. I just went through the drive through and ordered an oreo cheesecake blizzard. By the time I had made it home I'd eaten half the blizzard and did not get a single cheesecake chunk. So I called to complain and the man insisted he had blended two scoops of cheesecake into the blizzard. He told me I could bring the rest in and prove that there were no cheesecake chunks. But everyone knows that it is hard to decipher what the chunks in your blizzard are without tasting them. And honestly it is not worth my time to drive in and prove that there where no cheesecake chunks. When you mess up an order you take responsibility for it.
