On a hot summer afternoon, we visited The Art of Eating Deli in Amherst. It’s a small and cozy café with a colorful, fun atmosphere and a welcoming, inclusive vibe that makes it a nice spot to relax. The menu offers a good variety—fresh sandwiches, salads, cakes, cookies, coffee, and smoothies—something for everyone depending on what you’re in the mood for.
We ordered cheesecake and brownies. The brownies were rich and enjoyable, though the cheesecake wasn’t quite my taste, mostly because it had pineapple bits, which may not appeal to everyone. Still, it’s clear they put thought into creating different flavors.

(I regret not buying more, lol.) The owner was lovely and kind, she even made fresh Nova Scotia oat cakes that I had been looking for to try. (These were very good too as expected - thank you again!!) But if you want her goodies best be ordering ahead, then you wont be disappointed :). It's worth the drive no matter where you're travelling to or from, its close to both Moncton and PEI. If I could give 10 stars I would, highly...
