Worst McDonald's experience ever. Went to this location on November 8, 2023 for lunch. Went through Drive-Thru, 23 minutes to get to the window, just to be told to move into the handicap parking and someone will bring out the food to me. There was snow on the ground, hiding any markings whatsoever as to where the handicap parking was. Couple that with illegally parking in a handicap zone when I was clearly not disable. Another 17 minutes waiting, just to see the girl walk out of the restaurant holding what appeared to be 5 bags..... and yes, she carried 5 separate orders.... for others also waiting, my bags was the last of course. But she was hugging the bags, over stuffed, and squashing everything. And guess what, the only thing that was cold, was the pop, although much of the ice was melted. Worst Big Mac ever, and cold stale fries...... and NO, NADA, NIL.... despite asking... NO receipt. I wasn't prepared to wait another 15 minutes for a receipt as I only had an hour for dinner and I had to get back. So I got out of my vehicle and through the bag of food in the garbage can, making sure to be seen doing so. If you read this and you work at this location, it should be NO mystery to you as to why you should be earning minimum wages. I go to a restaurant, regardless if its fast food or not, I go for my experience.... Not Yours. McDonald's should be ashamed to have their name on...

Nous Ă©tions 6 en file dans le restaurant Ă attendre de nous faire servir et nous sommes repartis les 6 sans nourriture! Le monsieur devant moi a tentĂ© Ă plusieurs reprises d'attirer l'attention d'une employĂ©e! Cette derniĂšre lui a jetĂ© un regard et a sitĂŽt fait de l'ignorer complĂštement, tout en venant placer une commande du service Ă l'auto directement sur la caisse devant nous! L'employĂ©e en question, qui semblait ĂȘtre hiĂ©rarchiquement plus haute que le reste de l'Ă©quipe, compte d'importantes lacunes sur le plan des qualitĂ©s que requiert un poste de ce niveau: absence de civisme, ne supporte pas la pression, manque de patience et fais preuve de violence verbale envers ses employĂ©s devant les clients! Nous sommes restĂ©s une dizaine de minutes dans ce restaurant et ça nous a semblĂ© une Ă©ternitĂ© tant l'ambiance Ă©tait lourde et malaisante pour les employĂ©s! Une dizaine de minutes pendant laquelle nous avons Ă©tĂ© tĂ©moins du comportement inacceptable de madame Jessie, qui criait et injuriait ses employĂ©s, frĂŽlant l'hystĂ©rie! Un employĂ© qui se faisait engueuler nous a lancĂ© un regard dĂ©couragĂ© et qui semblait demander de l'aide! Ătant d'ordinaire bien servie dans les autres restaurants McDonald's, je ne considĂšre pas qu'une telle personne reprĂ©sente pas bien les valeurs ni les standards de la compagnie!    Read moreSo we stopped here on our way back from the trip. First impression⊠we didnât receive a ticket from the self serve Kiosk. Nor did the TV work to show the numbers. Wonât served. It was loud, crowded and very under staffed. We waited over 30 mins for our two meals, just a piece of advice you guys need way more workers & to expand the restaurant⊠as well as keep on top of having the technology up to date, I wonât come back here again on our way through next summer or any summer after that unless this restaurant does a 360...
