Been here before on our travels and had good experience that’s why we returned. However, our experience yesterday was unbelievable, after placing our order waitress returned to tell us our order would take sometime approximately 15 to 20 min three of us ordered lasagna when I guess only one was pre prepared so two of us changed our order. There was a family of 5 at the next table and when they left the waitress cleared there table, removed silverware which was still wrapped in napkins and Kaye’s them next to table I wondered is she going to use them for the next customer. She also did not clean the table. When we received our meals one lasagna which was not full and was mostly cheese and sauce very little noodle or meat. Two spaghetti which was made with fettuccine not spaghetti , three forget what it was called but again had little amount of ingredients in it. Lastly a donair Panzerotti which had pizza sauce and pepperoni in it, apparently scraps of donair meat that one couldn’t tell was donair meat. This was returned because of its poor quality and was not what was ordered. One ice water was set aside had something in it. Two placemats for four people. Both bathrooms were disgusting. Table from prior customers still wasn’t cleaned when we left. To top it all off they expected us to pay for the Panzerotti that was returned, said it was made correctly. Absolutely refused to pay for this and after arguing and a second call to the manager it was removed from bill. Left and met a local outside and in our conversation was told it was taken over by new owners. They use to go there all the time but not anymore, for all the same reasons mentioned above. The place was not busy, waitress was on her phone instead of cleaning the table or disgusting bathrooms. If the manager is the same as the owner wake up or you will not be in business for long, we will...
Read moreI ordered a chicken skillet dish for $17.69. I didn't want salad, but the waitress told me it was included in the price, so I had no choice. I was so disappointed when the dish was served: eight tiny pieces of chicken, onions, peppers, mushrooms. That's it. (see photo) I complained about the chicken portion to the waitress, who replied that it was normal. However, she went back to the kitchen to ask for more chicken, but without success. I was NOT happy and told her that I was going to write a negative review because I found it totally unacceptable. To my surprise, as I was finishing my plate, the waitress came to my table to tell me that the chef had agreed to serve a few extra pieces! Did the threat of a negative review change the chef's mind? By that time, I had finished my plate and had an appointment waiting for me. At the cash register, I was surprised to see that she had charged me an extra $1 for the salad, even though she had clearly stated that it was included with the main course. It wasn't very smart of the waitress to charge an already dissatisfied customer. Times are tough... More expensive dishes with less food...! Well done, and good luck keeping your customers. I absolutely do not recommend this...
Read moreThe waiter seems nervous for some strange reason. First of all he came to the table seeming out of breath, handing menus to only 3 of the group of 4 I was with. When he came back to take our order he came unprepared, no pen no notepad. Upon arrival of food... guest who's order was not 100% correct. And did not receive our $100 tip, me and my friends discussed leaving if the waiter could successfully bring our order with no mistakes. I remember my friend saying " wow that's a lot of things for no note paid, I'll give him $100 if he brings our order correctly." The moral of the story is to always have a note pad because you'll never know when you might receive $100 for doing so. And at last it was time to eat. I had ordered the panzzeroti unknowingly that it would arrive encapsulated in a brick of hard dough. But when I finally returned to my plate after obtaining a pickaxe I always leave in my car I was able to smash through the panzzeroti and use my questionably stained fork to dig the pizza like insides out and managed to consume approximately 83.597% of the panzzeroti. But I would definitely return for the iced tea and the...
