Pony Espresso — Restaurant in Area C (Christina Lake)

The drifp coffee I had tasted like the carafe hadn't properly been cleaned in months, lots of bitter oils seeping into the Brew. The staff member seemed confident but completely incompetent at using the espresso machine. Didn't tamp down their grind, the milk just seemed to be at any old temperature, and again it tasted like the machine hadn't properly been cleaned. The selection of baked goods seemed a bit old and sad, that could have been cuz you were coming through early in the morning on a weekday but I would hope for freshness over variety.
