I strongly do not recommend anyone who is not of white race to this restaurant. Yes, you heard it right, if you are Asian, Indian, African or even Latino, please do not come to this restaurant, because all the waiters in this restaurant are 100% racist. I came to Sandpiper Resort for vacation in May 2024, so I came to this restaurant, and then I encountered the worst dining experience in my life (no one). I waited for the waiter to take me to the table at the door, and I waited for nearly ten minutes. Then when I was about to order, no waiter came to greet me and provide water. When I looked at the meal and prepared to order, I waited for 20 minutes before the waiter came. The most ridiculous thing is that I waited for an hour, and no food was served within this hour. I angrily went to find the waiter to ask the reason, and then a blonde waitress acted "innocent" (very hypocritical expression, you know), she told me that she didn't know, and then went to the kitchen to ask, and under my urging, our meal was served ten minutes later. The most ridiculous thing is that I told the waitress that I want to take my meal away, and she just threw the POS machine to me, and even asked me to pay the tip, and there was no "apology" discount. When I asked her: After giving me a very bad dining experience, there is no discount? The blonde waitress told me: "Oh, so you hope for a discount." I was like, excuse me? Ok, I will stay calm because it's my birthday, otherwise I will greet your whole family directly (yes, you, blonde waitress). I clearly tell you that my experience happened on May 12, 2024. So, if you choose to come here for vacation, please bring your own food and don't come to this restaurant unless you want to spend a very disgusting day. Also, don't apologize to me unless you are one of the three waitresses in this restaurant (blonde waitress, black hair tall waitress, brown hair short waitress), thank you. If this restaurant goes bankrupt, as the owner, you know who to...

We were staying at Rowena’s and this was the only place to eat. We had a reservation for 6pm and waited at the door for a few minutes and were not greeted promptly. Was eventually told to sit wherever we liked and she would follow with menus. We took a seat inside, it was not very busy, and proceeded to wait 20min (no joke) before we were even given menus or approached at all. Eventually someone came over and asked if we wanted a drink, to which we replied we would like menus. She didn’t even seem to notice that we didn’t have them. We also ordered 2 cocktails which took about another 20min to make which is insane. Finally she came back with the drinks and we ordered our dinner. My margarita tasted musty and weird but at this point we just desperately wanted to eat and get out of there. Another 25-30 min passed before our burger and fish and chips arrived and you guessed it, some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten. A McDonalds burger seems like more real meat than the rubbery burger patty I had. The bottom bun was soaked through and wet to the touch with god knows what. The fish was fishy and gross. Caesar salad was way overdressed. Even the ketchup tasted old and weird. French fries were fine. Waited a long time to have our dishes cleared and pay. Hoped breakfast would be better, it was, but only marginally. Only ate it because we were starving. Weird ketchup again, bad hasbrowns, tasteless Hollandiase, over cooked bacon. Server was different and much more efficient but cold and business like. Don’t eat here, never going back. So sad and disappointed as this place looks beautiful but does not live up to...

Been in this place twice. Spectacular landscape view and you can compare to anywhere else. The atmosphere is also very good. Location rate: 5/5

Food is okay. The brunch menu is limited. Egg Benedict is delicious, Omlet and other options are just okay. Coffee is good. Tea is horrible, the china teapot poorly designed. It makes tea cold very fast. Try to pour from teapot to your cup and you pour all over table. 😱 Taste rate: 2/5

Staff are generally nice. The first time there we actually had a good experience. Second time though, manager was there and she was super aggressive. Giving the look to the kids. Not cooperating to seat the guests at all. Making three mistakes on the order and still super tempered and negative. To be fair second time was in long weekend and they were very busy. Still do not understand how a manager can be so unprofessional. They were very unprofessional to split the bills too. Service rate: 1/5

Prices were average compared to the location you eat. But compared to quality a little high. Price rate: 4/5

Overall experience, I still love the location and believe it is one of the most unique places to eat, chill and enjoy...

I have been here three times for lunch in the past year and half. Three times I have not been disappointed. I always order the Birdie burger. The blackened cajun chicken breast is always tender, juicy and seasoned nicely. It is nicely accompanied by a soft and chewy brioche bun. The garlic mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles complete the burger. The fries are a bit disappointing as they're a bit bland; not bad though. So this time around, I opted for the house greens. It is drizzled with the perfect amount of some sweet berry sauce which is light and really compliments the salad well. Overall, the service is pretty decent, I have had no issues with the waitress or having to wait awhile for my order to be taken or food to come. Friendly. Will be back if I am in the area again.

A beautiful place to have a drink, lunch, happy hour or dinner. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food may takes a little longer but you can enjoy the drink and the nice view first. We order some happy hour food. The portion of the fries are way too big. The pizza is big too. Maybe, they can offer some smaller snacks items in happy hour. The price is very reasonable. I see many customers asking for the take out boxes. Anyway this is a really nice place for a meal or a drink. It's so nice eating in a beautiful restaurant! We will be back when we are visiting this area again.
