Went to the Bistro at Wild Goose winery with another couple. Not sure if the experience could have been worse. They have this odd way of ordering food, you check off what you want and then need to pay and tip to order your food. God forbid the wait staff could do that for you....there must be only 8-10 tables in the place.
Food was awful, only our salad was edible. Brisket was badly overcooked, too dry to eat. I wanted to try a glass of wine not on the menu but available in the tasting bar a few feet away... "no we can't offer you that".

All the meats (ribs, pulled pork, brisket) could have had more flavor. The peach jalapeno BBQ sauce could have had a bit more kick but it was quite tasty. All three desserts (key lime pie, pecan pie, and chocolate torte) had good flavor and weren't too sweet, but the pecan pie crust was way too thick and difficult to break off a bite and the torte was a bit dry. The staff was lovely, the space was clean, and they were very timely. Beautiful location and quite a nice...
