Waited an hour and a half for a mediocre large pizza. Yes they were busy, all good. I am patient person, and understanding, but after asking for a second time, after 15 min. (when being told it would be ready in 2), a person came out of the restaurant (owner?, didn't address himself) and said that they "almost didn't open the restaurant today because of people with attitude". I'm assuming he was referring to me. I calmly told him I didn't have attitude and explained the situation that we were told a half hour for the pizza. Fine, we set the timer on our phone, went to the beach, and returned a half hour later. Was told by this gentleman that we were told come back at 730. Actually no, you guys dropped the ball, and tried to shuffle blame. No hard feelings, I know the restaurant business is tough, I'm self employed in the service industry. But... learn some customer service skills to go along with your business. Why is it that Dominos or Panago pizza is faster, and without attitute from the owner? and their pizza is better. I've caught that bug going around since September that's been causing everyone misery, so I apologized for voice cracking when I called my order in.
My pizza came and when I opened it, there was a little msg written on the inside cover.... "Hope this pizza helps you feel better Merry Christmas - Jaxsen".
As I said...the kindness of strangers. Just another example of the integrity of those who work at Real Things!

Ordered pizza which I was told would take 60 minutes, 2 hours and 15 minutes later it arrived. I tried calling countless times to see if it was even still coming but the line was constantly busy. Delivery lady had no ability to help mitigate for my disappointment. Perhaps another phone line, letting customers knowing if food is delayed and giving deliver staff autonomy to remedy poor customer experience would be welcome...
