A lovely cafe next to the Mount Robson Provincial Park Visitor Centre & shop. We stopped here for a bite to eat after hiking the Kinney Lake Trail - parking was easy and the location was ideal. The food was fresh and tasty, with an excellent selection of options for our dietary requirements too! Service was also very good as staff were friendly and accommodating. Our highlight was being able to sit outside enjoying our food and drinks with an amazing view of Mount Robson… perfect :)

Cafe Mt. Robson made for a convenient and enjoyable rest stop, with the added bonus of a spectacular view of Mt. Robson itself. The café has a cozy, ski-lodge atmosphere, was very clean, and offered friendly service. The menu has a good selection of sandwiches and casual fare—the burger I had was tasty and satisfying. What really stood out, though, was the surprising variety of desserts. Overall, it’s a great spot for a quick bite while taking in the mountain scenery.

Cafe Mt Robson is the only game in town, and I think they know it. Person at check out was aggressively asking for tips when I came through to purchase a single *self serve* coffee. I ended up going back to try the lobster roll and left questioning why I paid $20 when it lacked any dressing or flavour. However, if you stare at the absolutely breathtaking scenery behind the cafe for long enough, you may just get over it (I guess that’s the whole point).

Location and atmosphere were nice. People working there were friendly, but a little too casual with the service. Had a series of strange interactions with the staff where I got the feeling they were inexperienced or incompetent.

No beer, which is fine, but it’s a Friday during peak season so that was disappointing. All out of canned cocktails too. Ok, I go with the wine. It comes in a plastic cup you get at a water cooler. It was plain bad wine, and at $9 for a 6 oz glass I would just skip it altogether. I ordered the range burger. It was ok, but I wasn’t expecting gourmet for a roadside cafe. The prices were as expected given the location and...

An absolute gem! I had a chocolate avalanche from here, and it was the absolute best one I’ve ever had in my life. I will travel back to Canada from Australia just to make my way to this cafe for another one, even if I go for no other reason, and that’s no exaggeration. There were loads of other pastries and muffins and sandwiches and hot dishes to pick from too. The staff were so friendly and there were plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view of the glorious Mt Robson. The toilets were well maintained. Just a great spot and one you should not drive past, well worth...
