I went to this office back in Dec trying to avoid line-ups in Ottawa. The staff was friendly, and very quick. However, they unfortunately failed to recognize that the passport photos I provided did not meet the necessary requirements. A month after I applied, someone from Passport Canada called to say that I needed to re-do the photos - and that was a surprise to me since I assumed that the people at this passport office would have identified any problems when I submitted my paperwork in person. We are now close to two months, and I am still waiting for my passport. The failure of staff here to assess and apply the photo requirements has resulted in unnecessary delays and stress given that I am booked to travel in the next few days.
