Negi's Family Bistro and Pub — Restaurant in Arnprior

Ordered chicken burgers for my kids, presentation was amazing but chicken was beyond dry, me & my husband weren’t that hungry so we ordered a plate to share. We got the shrimp dish & let’s just say 2 ppl sharing the plate, we didn’t finish it & we didn’t ask for it to go so it was bad, super fishy. This restaurant was highly over priced for terrible food. Great service, great presentation but don’t matter how nice it looks if the food sucks. I could of ate at so many better restaurants at the cost it was. Don’t like to complain especially when i have my children but since thr owner was serving us it’s obviously a given that when you spend lots on food & don’t ask for a togo your customers didn’t enjoy the food & given that the owner was not concerned or asked questions as to why we’re not taking the food, you don’t like it? Well that took away from the great customer service 100%. They could learn allot of Jack astros management skills. No idea how they have such high reviews, i would assume that these are local reviews from customers who don’t eat out much. For the cost & what the food tasted like, by far my worse restaurant experience of my life. I’ve had bad food but it wasn’t an expensive restaurant. Lots of potential but I cannot recommend...

Came in here for a quick bite and... wow! What a pleasant surprise 😋

I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap with fries, the service was fast and the waitress was friendly.

Food arrived quick, and the portions right off looked great 👍

The fries were... delicious! So many people can't do fries, but these were in the top 5 fries I've ever had, damn near perfect !

The Caesar wrap was more like a gyro or something , it was awesome 👍

For the first time ever, I actually ordered the exact same thing after to go, so I could enjoy it again later.
