Worst customer service ever! Waited 5 minutes to order in drive thru. Should have been a tip off as there was 1 car ahead and 1 in the que. waited 35 minutes stuck in the drive thru lane. Could not get out of position-figured 10 minutes wait time so we were not late...thought wrong. Drive thru window debit not working...where's the sign? Why are you still taking orders? Went in once the car ahead drove past the window ...(no order received)... staff laughing as they noted the drive thru customers drove away. Someone in yellow shirt with a drill at drive thru????...4 staff walking around...no one taking orders or making any food or beverages...line up is long....can overhear staff apologize for messing up orders...(no mayo...not chai tea....need sugar...wrong sandwich....needless to say, we left without anything...as did the two customers ahead of me...... Put a sign on the window...it's not...

I’m a regular customer I come in everyday during the evenings , and there’s one worker there that goes by Alexis. She gives the best service and is very patient as I can be very indecisive on what I want but always recommends the best ideas from the menu. The best part is she always reminds me about my tim rewards card as nobody else there does. I’ve had a few bad interactions with other staff so I’d never have to request her to take my order because when she sees me come in she gives the best service right away. She honestly makes the best icecaps as well. She’s very competent and her work stations are always sanitized, if you ever go here ask for Alexis she always does the orders right the first time she’s never made a mistake. Her customer service is impeccable and always made me feel welcome. I e never had better customer service...

I continue to go here and Derek is the best but I don’t understand why their drinks taste different. I keep giving them chances for ice caps and creamy chills but I’m just really sad that I waste money and end up pouring them out. Every single time they taste weird and nothing like any other Tim’s I go to. The creamy chill is suppose to be creamy but it always tastes like a vanilla slushie and completely different from the one in Almonte. My ice cap last week tasted like straight ice coffee. I will still stop by but I really think someone is training the staff how to make drinks improperly. This issue has been going on for a little while now (before the ice cap debacle) but they use to be good. Other than that...
